Luer-Lock syringes and our new Direct Flow bent Dispensing Tips.  These new Economical Syringes and Tips are ideal for dispensing dental materials such as Acid Etch Gels, Flowable Composites, and a variety of other materials.   They include improvements, which provide significantly new features.

Syringe Features:

• Nozzle Conforming Silicone Rubber Pistons, which assures compatibility and total dispensing of all syringe contents.

• Non-Binding Rubber Plunger seals against syringe wall sides, preventing scraping, leakage and evaporation.

Direct Flow Dispensing Tip Features:

• Material Flows Directly from Syringe into Bent Dispensing Tip, which prevents air bubbles and minimizes waste.
• Ridges of sides of Hub allows easy placement and removal when wearing latex gloves.
• Direct Flow Dispensing Tips are available in 20 & 22  Gauges only, preferred for Flowable Composites.  Conventional ISO Hubs with ISO colors available in all gauges for other materials.
• All Dispensing Tips are available in Standard ISO Hub design Black Opaque, Transparent, and Blue Blocker Orange plastic.

These important features allow the materials to flow directly out of the syringe and through the tip (see diagram below).  This eliminates the air from the hub from entering the material, creating bubbles, and minimizing waste each time the tip is changed.
